Use the partner portal
Affiliate credentials may be separate from a player account. Use the portal address supplied through your verified partner onboarding channel. This page is not an affiliate dashboard and cannot view, reset or recover your partner account.
After signing in
- Check the selected reporting date range and time zone.
- Distinguish clicks, registrations and qualified referrals; they are not interchangeable.
- Compare pending figures with settled figures before drawing conclusions.
- Review team permissions and remove access that is no longer needed.
- Keep payout details private and verify any request to change them through a known contact.
If access fails
Use recovery within the verified partner portal. A player password reset may not affect a partner account. Avoid sharing dashboard exports containing personal data with unrelated contacts.
Use the service address you have independently verified. This guide does not provide an unverified download or account portal.
